Eligibility

• The loyalty card is available to all Be You Holistic Wellness clients aged 18 and above.
• The loyalty card is for personal use and cannot be transferred, shared, or combined with other loyalty cards.
• Only the name holder of the loyalty card may redeem rewards. Rewards are non-transferable.

Earning Stamps

• Clients will receive one stamp for each qualifying treatment purchased at Be You Holistic Wellness.
• To qualify for a stamp, clients must spend a minimum of R150 per treatment.
• Monthly promotions qualify for a stamp.
• Treatments paid for using gift cards do not qualify for a stamp.
• One stamp is earned per treatment or service, regardless of the value or duration of the treatment, as long as the R150 minimum spend is met.
• Unless otherwise stated, no stamps are earned on product purchases, packages, or consultation fees.
• The loyalty card will be kept on file at Be You Holistic Wellness for convenience and to prevent loss. Clients will not take the card home.

Rewards Structure

• 5th Treatment: 15% off your next full-priced treatment.
• 10th Treatment: 30% off your next full-priced treatment.
• 15th Treatment: One free treatment of equal or lesser value to the treatments used to earn the stamps.

Note: Discounts cannot be applied to packages, add-ons, or promotional services.

Redeeming Rewards

• Only the name holder of the loyalty card may redeem rewards. Rewards cannot be redeemed by anyone else.
• Discounts (15% and 30%) must be applied to the next full-priced treatment after the 5th or 10th treatment. Discounts cannot be accumulated or combined with other offers.
• The free treatment reward (after the 15th stamp) must be redeemed within three (3) months of completing the loyalty card.
• The free treatment can only be redeemed for treatments of equal or lesser value to those used to earn the stamps. Any additional costs for higher-value therapies must be paid by the client.
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or discounts.

Card Storage and Management

• For clients’ convenience and to prevent loss, loyalty cards will be securely kept on file at Be You Holistic Wellness.
• Clients can request to view their card any time during their visit to check their stamp count.
• Clients are responsible for requesting a stamp after each qualifying treatment.

Stamp Allocation

• Stamps are awarded at the time of payment and can only be applied to completed and paid-for treatments.
• Stamps will not be applied retroactively for treatments that have already been completed.
• The loyalty card must be updated at the time of the appointment to receive a stamp.

Exclusions

• Stamps are not earned on treatments or services paid for with a gift card.
• Add-on treatments do not qualify for a stamp unless the total value of the treatment exceeds R150.

Loyalty Card Expiry

• The loyalty card will not expire as long as regular treatments are booked and paid for.
• If no treatments are booked and paid for within 12 months, the loyalty card will expire, and any unused stamps will be forfeited.

Changes to the Program

• Be You Holistic Wellness reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty card program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the program will be communicated through in-store notices, social media, or the Be You Holistic Wellness website.

Fraud and Misuse

• Be You Holistic Wellness reserves the right to void any loyalty cards or refuse stamps if suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse of the loyalty card.
• Any stamps earned or rewards redeemed through fraud will be forfeited.
